The property is very convenient in the centre of the CBD, so If you are wanting to wake up to bird song then this is not the place for you.
Guests will have access to both stories of the building.
There is a lock box to let yourself in. If there is anything you need or any questions at all about the accommodation or tips for the area, please don't hesitate to message me.
The apartment is right in the middle of town. All the cafes and bars are on your doorstep and a supermarket on the corner.
You can easily walk to most places in town from the accommodation.
For most other attractions, you will need a vehicle.
While this place is very convenient, it is close to a road and next to a tyre fitter. I'm a light sleeper and have no problem sleeping there at all.

Great Stay
I love this place this is my second time staying here and it is such a nice spot. close to town nice and warm on those cold days and nights. and Adrian and Dawn are so great to deal with i highly recommend staying here. Thankyou
Great Kitchenette
We only stopped off here for 2 nights, but during our stay, we felt right at home. Lots of kitchen utensils available, which is nice as some places give you limited utensils. It was very comfortable and having access to a full sized fridge freezer made life a lot easier when it came to cooking. We would definitely recommend staying here if you want to visit the beautiful Abel Tasman national park and nearby beaches!!!
Very handy location
I was traveling for work and solo.Everything was excellent right down to extra loo rolls and ample washing up liquid.The place was spotless, the layput was perfect and the location was close to a choice of eating places.Adrian made contact when the place was ready early and everything was easy.I felt safe in the area.I would definitely go again.
Central
Centre of Town Airbnb is in a great central location within easy walking distance to cafes & restaurants and also Countdown Supermarket just along the road. Despite being compact it has everything you need and is very comfortable.

Great accommodation, had everything I needed. Big enough for a family but also small enough for one person. Comfortable and warm, easy entry, right on the main road, an easy walk to the shops. Everything is at your fingertips. I highly recommend this accommodation.
